List of Jobs
PCS divides activity into individual jobs or projects. These can then be further divided as required. |
Composing Budgets Budgets can be composed using preset costs for items, or at the discretion of the user. Costs, profit and margin figures change in real time as new figures are input. Completed budgets can be exported to MS Word for external presentation. |

Typical Budget Detail Report A series of reports show how the budget was created in varying levels of detail. |
Raising Purchase Orders Orders are raised against the items agreed in the budget. Overspend is flagged and can be controlled as necessary. Spend is then displayed against the budget. |

Logging Expenses Expenses and mileage can be logged and will appear against the budget. |
Logging Timesheets A timesheet function is available and costs for internal time can be evaluated against budgets as required. |

Typical Job Activity Report A series of summary and detail reports show budget, spend and variance. |
Typical Period Summary Report Data can be viewed for all jobs in a date range and against a series of other criteria. |
