Installation / Set Up / Training
We are happy to provide help with installation and set up, to tailor the system at your offices, and to provide training for you and your staff.
In our experience this is a typical requirement:
- Installation - usually one day
- Set up - advice on tailoring PCS to suit your requirements, and assistance in entering this information in PCS
- Training - 3 hours per group for basic training. 'High level' users and administrators may benefit from additional instruction.

Product Support
Product support is free for the first 12 months after installation.
After this a yearly fee is charged, the fee is dependent on the number of licences in use.
Prices start at £500 a year. Should you not wish to take up annual support,
support will be charged on a per call basis. |

Sales are subject to our standard customer licence agreement,
